Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Exceptional speaking and active-listening skills required.
• Excellent writing skills for volunteer communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned volunteers and maintain strong relationships.
• Coach and support volunteers on fundraising, event planning, recruitment, sponsorships, and compliance.
• Develop and execute strategies for volunteer management, recruitment, and promotion.
