Qualifications

• Certified through the State of Wisconsin within 6 months of hire, unless already certified.
• Must be able to drive and perform community-based work.
• Remote work requires self-scheduling and availability evenings/weekends.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual peer support services for people enrolled in the Walworth OWI Treatment Court Program.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of contacts in AWARDS and complete required assessments and progress notes.
• Attend Treatment Court and monthly in-person team meetings.
• Link individuals to self-determined supports in the Walworth area.
• Drive as needed for community outreach and home visits.
• Complete all agency training within required timelines.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager on planning and community recovery activities.
