Job summary

Pomelo Care is hiring a Pediatric Telehealth Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care for children and their families. This full-time role covers three 12-hour shifts weekly, with weekend and holiday rotations, reporting to a Nurse Lead.

You will triage, assess, educate, and document care across chat, phone, and video modalities, while working remotely from anywhere in the US. Applicants must hold a BSN and an unrestricted multi-state license with 3+ years of pediatric outpatient

Qualifications

RN with BSN and an unrestricted multi-state license
3+ years in outpatient pediatric care (primary care, urgent care, or ER)
Experience providing triage via virtual, phone, or in-person visits

Responsibilities

Assess urgent pediatric concerns and triage to Pomelo Care or emergency services
Follow evidence-based pediatric triage protocols
Provide ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessment and build rapport
Identify barriers to care and reduce missed appointments
Educate patients on equipment for remote infant monitoring
Monitor abnormal test results and escalate as needed
Document all care interactions timely and accurately
Support program development by providing user feedback
