Job summary

Blackbird Health recruits licensed therapists to deliver virtual and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers. You will build meaningful relationships and support engagement in treatment with evidence-based approaches.

Join an interdisciplinary team that supports clinicians with credentialing, billing, and EMR, while offering a guaranteed caseload and flexible after-3 PM hours for remote work across PA, VA, NJ and MD.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC or LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children/adolescents.
• Experience with telehealth/virtual care.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
• Willingness to work in a remote setting with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Educate families on therapeutic approaches to support progress.
• Manage caseload in line with track requirements and guaranteed hours.
• Adhere to credentialing, billing and EMR processes.
