Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and families in a hybrid setting across Pennsylvania. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to support engagement in treatment and empower caregivers with effective approaches.

The role requires an active PA license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), 1+ year of pediatric and telehealth experience, and availability after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships and educate patients on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide care.
• Maintain both virtual and in-person therapy sessions as needed.
