Job summary

WBT Therapy Works is seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide remote pediatric PT services to clients aged 0–21. This W-2 role offers flexible part-time opportunities with growth potential and a bonus payment model.

Services are delivered remotely from the clinician’s home office. Responsibilities include telehealth evaluations, treatment, caregiver education, and progress documentation, with collaboration across clinical and administrative leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license required.
• 5–10 billable hours per week preferred.
• Availability 3:00 PM–7:00 PM EST/EDT preferred.
• 2–3 days per week preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Telehealth or outpatient experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, documentation, and caregiver-coaching skills.
• Reliable internet, private home office space, and comfort using telehealth technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth pediatric PT evaluations and treatment.
• Support gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, positioning, safety, and functional movement skills.
• Complete timely documentation from evaluation through discharge.
• Communicate with families to review progress and establish home exercise programs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership as needed.
