Job summary

Expressable, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide remote evaluations and therapy for a diverse pediatric population. Work-from-home flexibility with multiple schedule options and a base salary with potential for schedule-based earnings.

Qualified candidates hold an OT degree, active state license, NPI, and experience in pediatrics. Teletherapy proficiency, reliable internet, and Medicaid familiarity are essential for success in our 100% remote, W2 role.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number.
• Licensed in a key state.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform
• Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity
