Job summary

WBT Therapy Works, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver remote pediatric OT services to clients aged 0–21. This W-2 position offers part-time to full-time opportunities with a bonus payment model.

Telehealth evaluations, treatment, caregiver education, and home programming are conducted from the therapist's home office. Responsibilities include telehealth-based evaluations and treatment, timely documentation, caregiver coaching, and HIPAA-compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia OT license required prior to proceeding in the hiring process.
• Minimum of 15 billable hours per week.
• Availability between 3:00 PM–7:00 PM EST.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Telehealth or outpatient experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable internet and private home office space for telehealth.
• HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled pediatric OT evaluations and treatment via telehealth.
• Complete timely documentation from evaluation through discharge.
• Communicate with families to review progress and establish home programs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership as needed.
