Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a PMHNP to deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults across remote and on-site settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to plan care, educate families, and support engagement in treatment.

Requirements include an active PA PMHNP/CRNP/APN license, PMHNP board certification, and a Master’s Degree in Nursing.

Qualifications

• Active PA PMHNP/CRNP/APN license required.
• Board Certification by ANCC or AANP (PMHNP-BC) preferred.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• 1+ years of independent psychiatric experience with children/adolescents/young adults.
• Available during peak core hours after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for ages 2–26.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
• Educate families and support engagement in treatment.
• Provide high-quality remote clinical direct-care hours.
• Maintain licensure compliance and accurate EHR documentation.
