Job summary

SustainableHR is hiring an OTA (Virtual) to support students across Oklahoma from a remote/home office. The role requires an active Oklahoma COTA license and pediatric or clinical school-based experience, with a focus on delivering effective teletherapy services.

The position offers 40 hours per week, fully remote, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour based on experience. Must reside in Oklahoma, Texas, or Florida and have reliable internet and HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma COTA license
• Must reside in Oklahoma, Texas, or Florida
• Clinical or school-based experience required; pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Reliable internet and the equipment needed to provide teletherapy
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace for teletherapy sessions

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with students, families, school staff, and the supervising therapist
• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the therapy department
• Support the development and implementation of therapy programs
