Job summary

All Care Therapies is recruiting a Teletherapy Occupational Therapist to provide remote OT services to patients via a secure platform nationwide. The role involves assessing needs, creating treatment plans, and delivering interventions to improve function and independence.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in OT, a California OT license or eligibility, and experience in clinics or schools, with comfort in pediatric care and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher.
• CA State OT license or eligibility to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting; teletherapy proficiency required.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+); bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote occupational therapy assessments across a diverse caseload.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver teletherapy interventions to promote functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
