Fox Health is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a remote, PRN telehealth role serving children in the community.

You will provide evidence-based pediatric OT, manage a case load, develop goals, and maintain timely documentation while collaborating with families and the care team. This position starts immediately and includes onboarding support. Remote work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Pediatric OT license and pediatric therapy competency.
• Experience delivering therapy via telehealth is preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication with families.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy via telehealth.
• Manage a caseload including evaluations, treatment sessions, notes, and discharges.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Complete timely daily documentation per company and payer requirements.
• Communicate with families and caregivers to support carryover.
• Ensure services and documentation meet licensure, payer, and company standards.
• Participate in documentation reviews and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and ongoing professional development.
