Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services to a diverse caseload, focusing on improving independence and functional abilities. The role involves evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and using our all-inclusive teletherapy platform across states.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, have an active CA OT license or be eligible to apply, and be comfortable with pediatric care (18 months+).

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through the platform.
• Comfort with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Deliver remote occupational therapy services via telehealth to diverse caseloads.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and plans of care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy in all sessions.
