Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth services across a diverse caseload. You will assess patients, plan treatment, implement interventions, educate families, and maintain compliant documentation remotely.

The role requires a Master’s in OT, CA OT license or eligibility, and comfort with pediatric populations (18 months+). Spanish preferred but not required; HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State OT license or eligibility.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting preferred.
• Teletherapy proficiency using our telehealth platform.
• Pediatric experience (18 months+) desirable.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct evaluations of physical, cognitive, and emotional function to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services to improve functional abilities.
• Education: Instruct patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and well-being.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and relevant ethical/legal standards.
• Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with occupational therapy developments and training.
