Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OT) and valid NPI.
• Licensed in a key state (Texas preferred) or eligible to obtain.
• Reliable internet and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 2 years pediatric post-graduate experience.
• Familiar with insurance-based/Medicaid populations.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote OT sessions/evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Develop personalized care plans using Expressable tools.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with caregiver collaboration.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for clinical outcomes.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in training and team communication.
• Provide PTO/sick leave coverage to ensure continuity.
