Job summary

Expressable, Inc. is seeking a licensed pediatric occupational therapist for remote sessions. This 100% remote role offers multiple schedule options and a dedicated caseload with comprehensive benefits.

You'll deliver evidence-based care, using our platform and tools, while coordinating with caregivers to optimize outcomes for children. A strong background in pediatrics and comfort with teletherapy are essential.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid NPI number.
Licensed in a key state.
Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings.
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

Provide remote occupational therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform.
Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement.
Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes.
Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication.
Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.
