Job summary
Grand Canyon University is seeking an Online Didactic Faculty member to teach Pediatrics in the ABSN program. This full‑time, remote role requires online instruction, engaging activities, and applications of current nursing education trends.
Start date is December 7, 2026. Annual salary ranges from $83,000 to $95,500, with a comprehensive benefits portfolio including a tuition package. You will mentor students, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in college committees.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) required; CNE preferred.
- 2 years of direct pediatrics RN clinical experience.
- Active RN license in AZ or a compact state.
- Experience teaching in a nursing program.
- Experience teaching online for a nursing program.
- Evidence of professional involvement (organizations, publications, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Teach online undergraduate pediatrics courses and design engaging activities.
- Incorporate current teaching methods and technology in instruction.
- Foster an online culture of learning and mentor students.
- Assist with curriculum design and advocate for program improvements.
- Participate in college/university committees and mentor adjunct faculty.
