Qualifications

• Active RN license in AZ or a compact state.
• Experience teaching in a nursing program and online.
• Involvement in professional activities (organizations, presentations, research).
• Experience with curriculum design and online pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Teach online undergraduate courses in Pediatrics.
• Prepare engaging activities and stimulate discussions.
• Design and assess exams, reviews, assignments, and forums.
• Mentor students and support their success outside class hours.
• Assist with curriculum design and program development.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to adjunct faculty.
