Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Care Coordinator (RN) to join our remote interdisciplinary team. You will coordinate appointments, educate families, manage medication authorizations, and act as the primary contact between families, providers, and pharmacies.

This fully remote role supports children with chronic conditions, requires California RN licensure, strong communication, and tech proficiency. We offer a competitive salary ($80k–$110k) and benefits in a remote-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Proficiency with multiple technology platforms and EHR systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and reschedule clinical appointments across the care team.
• Manage referrals to specialist and external clinical services.
• Provide patient and family education on chronic condition management.
• Initiate and manage prior authorization requests with insurers.
• Document clinical interactions across multiple EHR and care management platforms.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement meetings.
