Job summary

Maximus is recruiting a Licensed Clinical Assessor to perform pediatric assessments remotely for the NH CAT program. You will conduct assessments by telephone/telehealth, determine eligibility and service needs, and document outcomes in compliance with HIPAA.

The role requires an active independent clinical license, at least 2 years working with children and families, and strong documentation skills. Flexibility in schedule and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and independent clinical licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct work with children and families.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete medical and/or behavioral health assessments using standardized tools per contract requirements.
• Conduct telephonic, video, or on-site assessments to determine service needs and level of care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and ensure confidentiality.
