Job summary
Clarity Pediatrics is seeking full-time licensed Child and Family Therapists to join our remote, multidisciplinary team. You’ll conduct ADHD and anxiety assessments and lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT) and SPACE.
We offer peer consultation, ADHD/anxiety expert guidance, and stipends for professional development. You’ll help shape care models and improve workflows for high-quality, sustainable care, with flexible scheduling within our operating hours.
Qualifications
- Licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) with a master’s degree
- Currently licensed in California; ability to obtain licensure in other states with company support
Responsibilities
- Conduct ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families
- Lead group therapy sessions for caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, and ASD
- Provide personalized treatment recommendations and referrals to community providers
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care; contribute to program development and research initiatives
