Job summary

Triplemoon Clinical seeks Behavioral Health Care Managers to deliver direct, patient-facing care to children and families within the Collaborative Care Model. This fully remote role emphasizes structured care and measurable progress over 6–12 months.

You will work with pediatricians and a multidisciplinary team, conduct intake via telehealth, provide CBT/MI/BA interventions, and coordinate across school and community services. Salary range is $85,000-$95,000 with annual bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT.
• Active licensure in CA, CT, FL, MD, TN, TX, or VA.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• 3+ years of experience OR 3,000 supervised hours.
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth and documenting details.
• Ability to practice with DEI and trauma-informed lens.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care ~75% with intake and follow-up sessions via telehealth.
• Deliver brief, evidence-based interventions (CBT, MI, BA).
• Provide in-session education and actionable recommendations to families.
• Track progress using validated tools and structured workflows.
• Coordinate care with school, SDoH needs, and therapies.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and psychiatrists; participate in registry reviews.
