Job summary

Pediatric Affiliates, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager to support children and adolescents through assessment, care coordination, and ongoing behavioral health management. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and psychiatric consultant to provide timely, integrated care using telehealth and in-person visits.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and at least 2 years of pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric behavioral health experience.
• Experience with telehealth or virtual communication tools is valued.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric behavioral health assessments in-person or via telehealth.
• Develop and update individualized care plans for children and adolescents.
• Coordinate services with providers, schools, and family supports.
• Communicate with families via phone, telehealth, and secure messaging.
• Collaborate with a psychiatric consultant and clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
