Job summary

Tiny Health is seeking an experienced Account Manager to help grow the pediatrician market by generating and nurturing leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our microbiome testing offerings.

This is a remote position with occasional opportunities to represent Tiny Health at industry tradeshows. The role focuses on clear communication, education of healthcare professionals, and driving growth through structured sales activities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, functional medicine, supplements, or laboratory testing fields.
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows and decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Background knowledge in healthcare, nutrition, or functional medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and reach out to potential clients, primarily healthcare providers and clinics, to introduce Tiny Health's microbiome testing services.
• Client Outreach: Proactively call high-potential referrals to schedule introductory meetings and presentations.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins.
• Account Management: Conduct a specified number of client meetings monthly to nurture existing accounts and drive growth.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Product Education: Clearly articulate the value and scientific basis of Tiny Health's microbiome testing to healthcare professionals.
• Special Projects: Assist with additional sales initiatives and marketing projects as needed.
