Ethos is seeking experienced private equity associates to help train our latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role requires 3+ years at a private equity fund, with flexible 5-20 hours per week and ASAP start, all remote.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across investment committee memos and decks, LBO model output pages, portfolio reviews, 100‑day plans, LP reporting materials, and exit preparation decks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal-facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong IC materials, portfolio reporting, and investment storytelling.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine IC memos and decks for investment decisions.
• Prepare portfolio review presentations and 100-day plan decks.
• Support LP reporting materials and exit preparation decks.
