Job summary

Great Minds in the Midwest US is seeking a part-time PD Associate to support districts with on-site coaching and professional development as part of the Implementation Services team. This role emphasizes hands-on facilitation, collaborative problem solving, and building educator capacity across multiple schools.

The position requires 3+ years of teaching or coaching experience, experience implementing Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math, and strong instructional design knowledge.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of teaching or coaching experience.
• At least one year delivering high-quality professional development.
• Experience implementing Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math curricula.
• Strong instructional design and pedagogy alignment.
• Deep knowledge of humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Experience with both digital and print education platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in Great Minds professional services to provide on-site support, coaching, and PD.
• Participate in cycles of internal training to deepen facilitation and coaching skills.
