Qualifications

• 4+ years payroll tax experience with focus on tax defect resolution across multiple states

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex State and Federal payroll tax notices across multiple quarters and states
• Prepare and file amended Federal and State payroll tax returns (Form 941-X, W-2c) end-to-end
• Diagnose and resolve payroll tax errors spanning multiple pay periods/jurisdictions
• Maintain high productivity resolving Correction, Amendment, and Notice requests
• Monitor WIP, identify aging cases and blockers, drive resolution
• Coach Senior Processors and share knowledge to build team capability
• Contribute to team meetings, QA sessions, and process improvements
• Author and review SOPs and KB articles for core processes
• Identify trends and communicate findings with recommended resolutions
• Collaborate with Corrections, Amendments, Pay & File, and Tax Notice teams
