CFS, a well-established Wisconsin company, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own payroll operations for a growing multi-state workforce. You will manage bi-weekly payroll for about 700 employees and support hourly and salaried staff across 20 states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 700 employees.
• Manage payroll activities for hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing across employees located in 20 states.
• Handle day-to-day payroll operations and administration.
• Maintain payroll records and support payroll-related inquiries.
