Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weekly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions.
• Maintain records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Assist audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
• Identify updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures.
• Assist with Davis-Bacon Act calculations.
• Answer staff questions regarding pay statements and tax forms.
• Periodic special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
