Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a meticulous payroll data entry professional to join its payroll and HR operations team. The role processes hours, pay data, and job codes from Arizona-based sites, ensuring accuracy before the pay run. The position emphasizes an all-hands-on-deck mindset and remote work reliability.

You will verify entries, support payroll processing, assist with onboarding data entry, and help with HR admin tasks in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior payroll data entry or HR admin experience.
• Very high attention to detail with accurate data entry.
• Experience with payroll platforms such as Paycom, ADP, or Sage.
• Strong Excel and communication skills.
• Able to meet recurring payroll deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Enter employee time, hours, job codes, and pay data into the payroll system regularly and accurately.
• Verify time entries for completeness and flag inconsistencies for review.
• Support payroll processing and core reporting; assist with audits as directed.
• Support onboarding data entry and new hire information into the system.
• Assist HR with data entry and general administrative tasks as needed.
