Addus Homecare is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for remote work, primarily handling timesheet and EVV data entry into Horizon for payroll processing. You will also preprocess payroll for all branches and export data for gross-to-net processing via ADP Vantage.

This role requires careful data corrections from SDRs and adherence to payroll schedules, with options for overtime and occasional weekend work. The candidate should have at least a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred), 1

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience preferred.
• Knowledge working in Horizon preferred.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of learning new technology applications.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with payroll processing task including data entry, processing and verification.
• Accurately enter all payroll related data necessary to process and meet deadlines.
• Responsible for filing, updating and maintaining employee payroll files as required.
• Assist with reviewing and confirming payroll data audits.
• Responsible for time data entry utilizing Horizon and Cell Trak and other EVV platforms.
• Completing all corrections on SDRs for centralized branches.
• Adhering to payroll schedule deadlines and payroll processing dates.
• Pre-Processing, exporting and validating payroll files to submit to the Payroll Specialist for gross to net processing in ADP.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
• Maintains regular, predictable attendance and is flexible to meet department needs.
• Follows Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
