Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a Remote Payroll Specialist in the United States to coordinate payroll through our PEO and external providers. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery and support payroll accounting and HR administration.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance, manage timesheet accuracy, assist with benefits enrollment, and maintain payroll documentation while supporting Sage Intacct and SAP Concur implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating payroll with a PEO and external provider.
• Knowledge of US federal and state payroll requirements.
• Ability to review payroll outputs for accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit payroll information to the PEO and payroll provider.
• Coordinate with team supervisors to ensure timesheets are accurate and approved for payroll processing.
• Review payroll registers and reports for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
• Maintain payroll calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for the PEO and payroll provider.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding through the PEO platform.
• Support annual open enrollment and benefits administration processes.
• Assist with monthly payroll reporting and analysis.
• Ensure payroll transactions are reflected in Sage Intacct.
