Eight Point Solutions is hiring for a remote payroll support role in the United States. You will process payroll information, review timesheets, attend data accuracy, and assist with deductions and reconciliations.

You will maintain confidential records, generate summaries for internal review, and coordinate with HR or accounting. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills, with remote work flexibility based on arrangements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/finance coursework is a plus.
• Experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, or admin support preferred.
• Understanding of payroll procedures, timesheets, wages, overtime, deductions.
• Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet-based recordkeeping.
• Strong numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy; deadlines-driven.
• Ability to handle confidential information; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll information accurately and per procedures.
• Review timesheets, attendance records, overtime and leave information.
• Verify payroll data and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
• Assist with payroll calculations, adjustments, deductions, and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll summaries and reports for internal review.
• Respond to routine payroll questions and coordinate with HR or accounting.
• Help maintain compliance with payroll policies and protect confidential data.
• Support payroll documentation, recordkeeping, and admin tasks as assigned.
