This full-time Finance role owns assigned payroll cycles end-to-end, from timecard close through funding and post-payroll reconciliation, and backs up our Accounting Manager across cycles. You’ll process payroll, reconcile to the general ledger, and help surface compliance risks before they reach an employee’s paycheck while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 3+ years owning full-cycle payroll processing across multiple states.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation from payroll register to GL.

Responsibilities

• Run assigned payroll cycles for exempt and non-exempt staff, including bonuses.
• Process hires, terminations, and pay changes with HR, ensure correct tax setup.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile wages payable and tax withholdings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage rules and multi-state filings.
• Support audit readiness with documented reconciliations and controls.
