Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–7+ years in healthcare contracting or revenue cycle.
• Comprehensive knowledge of managed care principles and contract language.
• Experience with CPT/HCPCS, DRGs, and OPPS guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payor relations and payor contract management for the health system.
• Enter payor contracts into the contract management system and keep master calendar current.
• Monitor payor performance and identify opportunities to optimize reimbursement.
• Communicate payor policy updates to key stakeholders across the health system.
