Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive the Payments sales process and manage the pipeline for a key industry vertical or geography. You will collaborate with TM Advisors, Relationship Managers, Product Management and Vendor Partners to meet sales goals and deliver value to clients.

You will lead discussions with prospects, demonstrate solutions, configure products, and support complex implementations while traveling 20-30% as needed and contributing to product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• 10+ years of success in a sales and solutioning consultant or technical sales advisory role.
• 4+ years in the Payments/Treasury Management/AR/AP space, targeting mid-market firms.
• 4+ years selling to mid-market firms with six-figure payments/AR goals.
• 4+ years experience with payments products, gateways, and certifications.
• 4+ years experience with Salesforce, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Payments sales process and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop business development strategies.
• Lead sales discussions with clients to understand needs and present solutions.
• Present value propositions and respond to RFPs.
• Be product expert with clients, including gateways and certifications.
• Configure products for client needs and conduct demonstrations remotely or on-site.
• Work with product/marketing to develop sales tools and training materials.
• Assist in complex implementations to enhance client experience.
