Boulevard is hiring a Risk Analyst II to review merchant applications, monitor transactions for risk, and handle payments-related escalations. You will conduct KYC/AML checks, assess risk, and collaborate with Onboarding and Support teams to optimize underwriting processes.

The role requires a 3–7 year background in payment risk, familiarity with PCI rules, and strong analytical skills. Remote-friendly, with competitive base pay and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher, with background in payments, risk, or compliance.
Knowledge of KYC/AML rules and card brand requirements is essential.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive merchant application reviews (KYC/AML).
Review flagged transactions and alerts with risk-based recommendations.
Assist in fraud detection and risk management system enhancements.
Review merchant history to assess risk and set processing limits.
Handle inquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams.
Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Support, and external partners on processing matters.
