Qualifications

• 3+ years in Payments/Fintech as a backend software engineer.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Python with React exposure a plus.
• Experience with architectures for large web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable systems for risk detection and mitigation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address fraud and risk issues
• Maintain integrations with third-party payment vendors
• Iterate on risk detection strategies as scenarios evolve
• Monitor and improve the quality and observability of risk systems
• Advance engineering processes and technical foundations across teams
