You will lead technology-enabled engagements, connect payer operations with strategic tech solutions, and drive value through architecture, governance, and execution across advisory and implementation teams.

The role emphasizes cloud modernization, AI fluency, and strong client leadership, with remote work flexibility and travel as required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare consulting experience.
• Experience in technology strategy and delivery for payer-focused engagements.
• Leads technology transformation from design to value realization.
• Strong understanding of payer operations and technology ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud modernization and enterprise AI.
• Familiarity with payer platforms like Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge, Lyric, Cotiviti, Availity, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engagement work plans aligning objectives and architecture.
• Direct problem solving and coach teams to refine hypotheses.
• Translate strategies into executable roadmaps and operating models.
• Coordinate resources across design, mobilization, and execution phases.
• Ensure analytics quality and validate data-driven outputs.
• Lead development of current/target state architectures and blueprints.
• Translate architecture into requirements and data needs.
• Evaluate cloud, AI, and modern integration capabilities.
• Use analytics and automation to improve delivery efficiency.
• Manage scope, budget, staffing, risks, and client outcomes.
• Build executive relationships and address delivery issues.
• Coach team members and support thought leadership.
