Job summary

HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis Company, seeks an Associate Partner in Technology to lead payer transformation programs across strategy, architecture, cloud, data and AI. You will shape roadmaps, guide engagements, and build executive relationships with CIOs and COOs.

Remote work is allowed with travel as needed; you will collaborate with client teams across healthcare payers and build repeatable delivery methods and IP to improve engagement economics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years serving healthcare payers on strategic initiatives.
• 3+ years leading payer technology transformation engagements.
• Deep knowledge of payer business models, data flows, and technology trends.
• Experience shaping enterprise architecture and cloud-enabled modernization.
• Ability to advise executives and manage complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex payer technology engagements from strategy to value realization.
• Structure problems and develop frameworks linking payer strategy, architecture, data, and economics.
• Advise clients across technology focus areas while connecting decisions to enterprise outcomes.
• Guide architecture linking business capabilities to technology and platforms.
• Translate business strategy into technology blueprints and roadmaps.
• Lead transformations, governance, and align vendors and delivery teams.
• Build relationships with CIOs/COOs and other executives to identify opportunities.
• Drive business development, proposals, and account expansion across payer Technology portfolio.
• Develop repeatable delivery methods and accelerators to improve engagement economics.
• Shape engagement scope, staffing, pricing, and delivery models; manage profitability.
• Mentor colleagues and champion responsible technology and AI adoption.
