Signature Performance is seeking a Payer Payment and Reimbursement Analyst for a remote position available nationwide. You will work on payment methodologies, data analysis, and policy interpretation under mentorship, ensuring accurate processing and compliant billing practices.

Responsibilities include configuring reimbursement systems, reviewing regulatory changes, and translating updates into actionable requirements for software teams. A strong analytical mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in healthcare provider payment and reimbursement.
• Working knowledge of healthcare billing, compliance, and payer reimbursement regulations.
• Experience with professional and institutional payment fee schedules, including PPS categories such as DRG/OPPS, SNF, HH, Hospice, ASC.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain payment, pricing, and contract logic within reimbursement systems to ensure accurate claims adjudication.
• Analyze vendor bulletins, regulatory updates, and system changes to assess impact on internal processes, products, and data systems.
• Translate reimbursement policy updates and payment methodology changes into clear business requirements for software design and configuration.
• Create and execute test claims for development, UAT, QA, and configuration validation.
