Job summary

CorroHealth, a division of CorroClinical, is seeking a remote Call Center Specialist in the United States to support payer communications and document interactions. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST and requires strict HIPAA/HITECH compliance.

Location is remote within the US; the position involves calling payers, recording information in our systems, and collaborating with the team to ensure accurate data entry and timely processing in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in call center environment preferred.
• Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial/Managed Care is a plus.
• Experience accessing hospital EMR and payer portals preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; ability to perform basic formulas and manage worksheets.

Responsibilities

• Speak with payers by phone to schedule Peer to Peer calls with CorroHealth Medical Directors.
• Document information from payer calls in CorroHealth proprietary system.
• Enter account status into multiple databases.
• Support case entry, Peer to Peer, and appeals processes.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
