Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial/Managed Care product lines is a plus.
• Prior experience accessing hospital EMR systems and Payer Portals preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; able to use formulas and manage worksheets.

Responsibilities

• Speak with payers by phone for Peer to Peer scheduling.
• Document information from payer calls in CorroHealth proprietary system.
• Enter account status into multiple databases.
• Support various functions such as case entry, Peer to Peer, and appeals support.
• Work independently while collaborating with the team.
