Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in North Carolina seeks a Provider Enrollment & Network Management Specialist to coordinate payer enrollments, site additions, and network participation across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and MCO payers. This full-time, mostly remote role requires strong organization, project management, and communication skills, with travel to local offices as needed.

You will maintain enrollment records, support EHR initiatives, and serve as the primary liaison for payer

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum three years in provider enrollment, managed care operations, or credentialing support.
• Knowledge of payer enrollment and network participation processes.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site and service enrollments with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and MCO payers.
• Prepare, submit, and track enrollment applications and documentation.
• Monitor enrollment status and follow up with payer representatives.
• Maintain payer directory accuracy and coordinate communications for site participation.
• Prepare reports and provide status updates to leadership.
