Job summary

Our Billing Co. in Buffalo, NY seeks a Payer Credentialing Supervisor to lead a remote team of 10–12 specialists responsible for payer enrollment and credentialing activities. The role ensures daily execution, quality, and timely performance while partnering with leadership.

Hybrid role with on-site three days a week at the Larkin Building; remote candidates considered. Competitive benefits and pay range of $32.00–$37.00 per hour, with annual performance alignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience supervising 10+ credentialing staff.
• Experience with payer enrollment workflows and provider onboarding.
• Strong remote leadership and performance-tracking skills.
• Knowledge of major payer requirements (e.g., Highmark, UHC, Aetna).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a remote team of 10–12 payer enrollment specialists.
• Direct daily tasks, ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
• Coach, monitor performance, and conduct 1:1s.
• Manage timecards, PTO, and staffing coverage.
• Maintain quality checks on applications and documentation.
• Drive engagement and maintain remote culture.
