Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Payer Contracting Executive to lead negotiations across commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid, expanding payer access and securing favorable terms for our specialty pharmacy network. You will develop roadmaps, credentialing, and contract applications, coordinating with internal teams and payer representatives to drive access and protect margin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in payer contracting, managed care, or specialty pharmacy.
• Experience negotiating payer or network agreements in commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payer negotiations including rate, term, network participation, and renewal strategies.
• Develop payer access roadmaps and pursue new networks.
• Coordinate credentialing, contract applications, and compliance oversight.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for leadership.
• Ensure contract compliance with regulatory requirements.
