Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Payer Contracting Executive to expand payer access across commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid. You will lead end-to-end negotiations, credentialing, and contract management to maximize access and protect margins for specialty pharmacy.

You will collaborate with trade relations, finance, legal, and compliance to develop payer roadmaps and secure favorable agreements with payers and government clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in payer contracting and negotiations is essential.
• Knowledge of commercial, Medicare Part D and Medicaid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payer negotiations, including rate and term.
• Develop and execute payer access roadmaps and network strategies.
• Outreach to payers to identify credentialing and access opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service levels with payers.
• Coordinate with internal teams on contract management and compliance.
