Job summary

Riverchase Dermatology, an AQUA Dermatology portfolio practice, seeks a Patient Services Representative for a fully remote clerical role. You will act as liaison between Riverchase Dermatology and patients, handling inquiries, scheduling, and data entry from a remote location in Florida, Georgia, or Alabama.

Requirements include a High School diploma and 1–2 years of Medical Reception or high-volume call experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Medical Reception or high-volume call experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries by clarifying information and researching needs.
• Determine client requirements by screening calls and verifying information.
• Resolve problems by exploring solutions and escalating when needed.
• Process requests by completing transactions and forwarding information.
• Inform clients by explaining procedures and providing information.
• Maintain the call center database with accurate records.
• Contribute to meeting qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
