Parexel is seeking a Manager, Patient Safety Operations to lead pharmacovigilance teams remotely. You will supervise staff, drive performance, ensure quality, and manage client communications while aligning processes with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Science, or related field or equivalent experience
• People management experience
• Experience working with clients
• Working knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations and clinical research methodologies
• Excellent clinical, regulatory, and medical Safety Services knowledge
• Understanding of ICH, CIOMS, GVP, and basic pharmacovigilance requirements
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Patient Safety staff and allocate resources
• Ensure work meets SLAs and KPIs for quality, compliance, and training
• Provide functional expertise and oversee Patient Safety processes and respond to team queries
• Support audits, inspections, quality investigations, risk mitigation, and response activities
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, forecast needs, and handle scope changes
• Maintain professional client interactions and provide periodic project updates to Senior Management
• Coordinate team activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Implement pharmacovigilance automation tools and optimize workflows
