Job summary

Parexel is hiring a Manager, Patient Safety Operations (Pharmacovigilance Operations Manager) for a remote role. You will oversee Patient Safety staff, ensure quality and timing of deliverables, and provide process expertise across safety activities including case processing and medical writing.

You will engage with clients, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in PV operations. You will collaborate across teams to implement automation tools and optimize pharmacovigilance workflows

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience interfacing with clients and managing pharmacovigilance operations.
• Familiarity with ICH, CIOMS, GVP and pharmacovigilance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Patient Safety staff across projects and budgets.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and training meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide process expertise in safety activities and medical writing.
• Communicate with clients to address questions and escalations.
• Support automation tools and optimize safety workflows.
